• Payments: All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• No Cancellations: As detailed in our Refund Policy, all digital product sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Rapid Exam, including but not limited to MCQs, mock tests, text, graphics, logos, software, and underlying source code, is the exclusive property of Rapid Exam and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal exam preparation. You strictly may not:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or extract any questions or answers from our platform.
• Sell, rent, lease, or distribute our content to any third parties.
