1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Rapid Exam provides digital, intangible products in the form of online test series, mock exams, and premium MCQ access. Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon successful payment, we have a strict policy regarding refunds.

1.1 General Rule (No Refunds)

Generally, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a premium membership (such as RapidPro) has been purchased and access to the premium content has been granted to your account.

1.2 Exceptions for Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error on our platform or payment gateway.
• Complete Service Failure: If you are completely unable to access the premium features you purchased for more than 72 consecutive hours due to server-side issues originating exclusively from Rapid Exam, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level of the questions or a change of mind after purchasing does not qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction.
2. Email us at support@rapidexam.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Username/Email]”.
3. Include your order confirmation receipt, payment transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue (e.g., proof of duplicate charge).

Our team will investigate your request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase or subscription is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We do not offer the ability to cancel active plans or digital product purchases. Please review all plan details, features, and pricing carefully before completing your transaction.

4. Modifications to the Policy

Rapid Exam reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
